Who created Faraja Orphanage?

Faraja Maliaki Rayani is 30 years old and is the director and creator of Faraja Orphanage Childrens Home.

Faraja speaks Kiswahili and some English and has a Diploma in Advice Counseling and in Social work.

What are the goals of Faraja Orphanage?

The orphanage provides pre-primary education (nursery or pre school) and has 4 other classes(divided by age group).

The teachers at Faraja Orphanage are extremely passionate about the children's education and future, but also rely on any donations.

Without any proper school materials or technology, we are working hard to get sponsors for each child so they can enroll in Davis Prepratory School, a private school that will provide them education in Arusha.

We provide the children as best as we can by giving them food, shelter, clothes, medical care for HIV or sick childrens and the most important thing: we are trying to provide them education.

By giving them a education they will get the opportunity to become independent and change their life situation..

Faraja Orphanage Children's Home wants to help all the children living in poverty and with illness, so we need your help!
